Morning Reset at Rosalie Bay Eco-Resort & Spa - Guests are enthused to join our daily morning “Mindful Fitness” session, 1 hour of melding stretch, toning, breath and Yoga for a full body workout, ending with compassionate meditation – this simple, nature-based wellness routine supports healthy blood pressure and overall vitality – your session includes fresh coconut water and your complimentary “Healthy Start” breakfast at Leatherback Lounge.
1. Hydrate: Start your day with herbal teas, spring or coconut water to support circulation and metabolism, and mineral balance.
2. Step Into the Light: Spend 5–10 minutes in natural sunlight to regulate your internal rhythm. Turn your arms to expose the underside to the sunlight.
3. Breathe: Slow, deep breathing helps activate the body’s calming response. (Breath rhythm: 4-5 seconds In, Hold the breath for 4 seconds, and gently relax your diaphragm and back, breathe Out completely for 5-6 seconds)
4. Move Gently: Walk barefoot in the yard or along the beach in the surf, stretch from your “tips”, and move your body with intention.
5. Ground Your Mind: Set a simple rhythm for the day: calm, steady, present.
These small practices work together to support circulation, reduce stress, and restore balance.
