Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Deposit Policy

1) Non-Refundable Reservations

• Non-refundable reservations are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• No refunds and no credits will be issued, including for cancellations, changes, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.
• A minimum two-night deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

2) Standard (Flexible) Reservations

Deposit

• A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the room.

Cancellation (Refunds)

• Refundable if cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival by 4:00 PM (full refund of deposit).
• 0–6 days prior to arrival: non-refundable.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows: non-refundable.

Resort Credit (Standard Reservations Only)

• Credits are only applicable to standard reservations and may be offered only at the resort’s discretion.
• Any credit issued is non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used within the timeframe provided by the resort.

3) Group & Retreat Reservations

Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure group/retreat bookings.

US$75 Per Room Non-Refundable Fee (Groups/Retreats Only)

• Group/retreat bookings include a US$75 per room non-refundable fee.
• This fee is incorporated into the overall room total (it is not an additional charge).
• If the booking is cancelled, this US$75 per room is not refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation (Groups/Retreats)

• 60+ days prior to arrival: a partial refund may apply; however, the US$75 per room fee remains non-refundable.
• 0–59 days prior to arrival: the 50% deposit is fully non-refundable.
• A credit may be offered at the resort’s discretion. Any credit issued is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Packages

All packages follow the Standard (Flexible) Reservation Policy unless otherwise stated in the package’s Terms & Conditions.

Early Departures / Shortened Stays

Once a guest has checked in, refunds are not provided for shortened stays or early departures. Where possible, a credit toward incidentals during the stay may be offered at management discretion, but no refunds will be issued.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and typically confirmed on the day.

• Late check-out (up to 5:00 PM): US$63 per room
• Late check-out after 5:00 PM: charged as a full night
