Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Deposit Policy

To confirm and secure your reservation at Rosalie Bay Eco Resort & Spa, we require a deposit at the time of booking:

• Standard (Flexible) Reservations: A one-night deposit is required to secure the room.
• Non-Refundable Reservations: A two-night minimum deposit is required and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy (Flexible Reservations)

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is structured to be fair while protecting room inventory at our Dominica eco resort:

• 21+ days before arrival: Free cancellation (full refund of deposit)
• 7–20 days before arrival: US$75 cancellation fee per room
• 0–6 days before arrival: Deposit becomes non-refundable

Non-Refundable Bookings

Non-refundable reservations are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of reason or situation.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Availability is typically confirmed on the day of arrival/departure.

• Late check-out (up to 5:00 PM): US$63 per room
• Late check-out after 5:00 PM: Charged as a full night

Early Departures / Shortened Stays

Once a guest has checked in, refunds are not provided for shortened stays or early departures.
Where possible, we may offer a credit toward incidentals during the stay (at management discretion), but no refunds will be issued.
